Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Infinity Pool AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Infinity Pool AI lets you create a 12-second AI generated video from a fixed scene using a portrait of one person. Rendering uses credits and depends on the provider's availability. Outputs may vary and should be reviewed before publication.

AI Content and Publishing

Infinity Pool AI does not add a branded watermark or a burned-in AI label to exported videos. The videos remain AI generated content. When publishing or sharing a video, you are responsible for describing it accurately and using any AI or synthetic media disclosures required by the publishing platform or applicable law. Buying credits does not grant rights to a reference clip, soundtrack, person's likeness or other third-party material.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You must not upload a photo of anyone under 18.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Upload another person's photo without permission, or create deceptive impersonations, harassment, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Upload a photo of anyone under 18, or nude or sexual images of anyone.
• Present an AI generated video as a genuine recording of a real event, or remove or bypass a content disclosure required by the publishing platform or applicable law.
• Use a video to suggest that a real person was harmed, or to frighten, mislead or embarrass someone.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Current credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased pack credits do not expire. The checkout shows the charge and credit grant. Existing subscriptions retain their originally agreed billing cycle and renewal terms until canceled. Video generation consumes credits according to the selected settings and the quote shown before submission. Failed or canceled generation tasks return their reserved credits; this is separate from a refund of a payment. Payment refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded material, including the likeness of every person you ask to include. Generated media is subject to the selected model's terms, and no general commercial-use license is granted by purchasing credits alone. Demonstration clips and sound remain subject to their source rights. Infinity Pool AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with TikTok, any hotel or pool, or the creators of other videos in this trend. Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these terms. Existing subscriptions can be canceled from account billing; one-time credit packs do not renew. Contact support for account closure or data-deletion requests.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
